Wow. This is what the needs to happen to this genre. It the emotion comes from human survival, the pain of losing loved ones, the hope of a better future, and the reflection on the horrors that exist that should come from these types of films. Awesome job thank you.

It sounds funny to me, almost like he doesn't have faith in the vision of his character. It's to the point where you mock him, not WANT to be him. It was alright, but get a more serious actor next time director, or tell him to stop fucking around

Before next movie, maybe you should think about whether you want to shoot a love story, apocalyptic horror or a comedy, because mixed up like this is really boring. Especially for short movie...It is a great thing that you did it with no budget, but next time maybe you should try kickstarter[dot]com. Think about it...

It seemed slow and forced, like the narrator (character) was reading off a sheet. The lines he delivered without reading them were charged and full of raw emotion, but there seemed to be no consistency in the delivery. Overall, I still think it was done well. The story was engaging and heartfelt. I hope they continue to put forth material.

Great film you made there. Very dramatic and very emotional! I'm also glad that you show his POV as a zombie after he dies and reanimates. That is something not often shown in a film.

Really one of the better concepts for a zombie movie I've seen lately... better than WWZ for sure. I think is not only the VO but the sound design in general can be improved. A bit overdramatic but I guess that is also what makes it more compelling. Would love to see what you guys can do with some budget.... This has potential to turn into trilogy that explores other characters. Zombie movies is not my fav genre but you kept me interested. Great job guys!

Very inspiring. Just goes to show you that talent doesn't need a huge budget to be successful. I am working on short films as well. Do you mind me asking how you went about your audio? Did you use a recorder during filming? Or did you add most of the sound during editing?

the main voice actor could have tried a little lees (it seemed they were trying too hard, no offense) but overall for being a no budget film this was absolutely the best i've seen. I hope to see you continue and make an even better one next!

Nice! I love the first person shooter aspect of it. I don't mind the voice acting tho, it goes well with an exhausted, running, soon to be infected guys thoughts. I'd be pissed if I don't get to see a full length movie or even another movie with the same caliber. you guys should be proud. this is better then most Hollywood budgeted movies like the new day of the dead with nick cannon and other famous actors. 5 stars!

I keep reading about the voice acting being terrible. I don't think it was. Wasn't the best, but I got what you were going for. Usually, I hate zombie films. I mean, I watch every single one I can, but they focus so much on the horror of zombies eating people and less on a deeper story, which I found refreshing with your film. The only thing I didn't like was the use of POV shots, with the exception of the end, but that is my personal opinion. Great work.

The problem I had with it was it stopped being a film that focused on story and became more of a survival videogame with the overuse of the pov. Most people, when they watch a zombie movie, it is all about the zeds getting shot or the survivor getting eaten or escaping. The film, however, had a deeper focus and I feel like it would have better served itself to have an over-the-shoulder follow. It would have allowed us to still be right there with the guy, but would not have felt overdone.

Great production value (specially the cinematography), but the narration was a bit overdramatic and, to a certain point, mostly unnecessary. The images itself would be enough for most of the first part (leaving the final monologue, which was beautiful), adding much more mystery to the whole thing. Apart from that, exquisite job. Congrats.

Playing on the skews of perception that the human mind can conjure is inevitable the future of where these films are headed, the mental games, the mental torture of it all is something very fitting for a zombie film, and quite honestly all of those cutscenes of 'her' were rather tactfully done.The different film styles were also rather interesting, I found myself constantly enjoying the viewership from multiple perspectives, and episodic 'glitches', quite honestly I hope there is more to come

I could nit pick but even with the flaws mentioned already it garnered an emotional response from me-I love zombie movies/fic/comis-hell I even watched high sch of the dead which was mostly ecchi crap-I just wish their was

No problem. These days, most zombie films or really any film I see on youtube is either a shitty "original work or a knockoff. Also, some of the voice acting I hear these days is kinda depressing. So when I find something good, I'm pretty inspired. I'm a moviemaker myself, and I enjoy comparisons between my stuff and other people's. Again, great work on this!
